And God said, “Let there be [an] expanse in [the] midst of the waters, and let it separate between waters to waters.”
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֔ים יְהִ֥י רָקִ֖יעַ בְּת֣וֹךְ הַמָּ֑יִם וִיהִ֣י מַבְדִּ֔יל
